POLYTREAT 200 is a specially prepared polymer based used for prevention of scaling in cooling systems, boilers and boiler feed lines by causing calcium and magnesium hardness to form a light mobile floc easily removed by blowdown.
POLYTREAT 200 is normally maintained at concentrations between 15 and 25 mg/l in the boiler water or recirculating cooling water. The correct treatment level depends on the operating conditions. The optimum treatment level for any plant will be specified by BCI sales Engineer.

POLYTREAT 200 is used in cooling towers and boilers systems to prevent scale depositions & maintain hardness salts as a light floc easily removed by blowdown. It may be applied using a dosage pump. Consult your BCI Engineer for specific recommendations.
